\n \n \n Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:

\n • Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on schedule\n
\n • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations\n
\n • Maintain payroll records, audits, and reconciliations\n
\n • Handle payroll tax filings, deductions, and support certified payroll reporting\n
\n • Partner with HR and accounting on employee data and updates\n
\n • Support payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution\n
\n
\n \n \n Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:

\n • 2+ years of payroll processing experience\n
\n • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations preferred\n
\n • Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, or similar)\n
