Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a school setting or with K-12 students preferred

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in student development
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students as directed by certified staff
- Assist with classroom activities and help reinforce lessons
- Work with small groups or individual students to boost comprehension and participation
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
