ProCare Therapy is hiring Paraprofessionals & Instructional Aides in Redding, CA!
Looking for a rewarding school-based role where you can build meaningful relationships with students and make a difference every day? ProCare Therapy is seeking experienced Paraprofessionals / Instructional Aides in Redding, CA for the 2026–2027 school year.
We have full-time opportunities with consistent hours, along with options to support both traditional school-day and after-school programs.
Position Highlights
- Location: Redding, CA
- Pay: $22/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 30 hours/week
- Start: ASAP
- School year: 2026–2027
- Regular school-day programs
- After-school program opportunities
- Support students receiving special education services
- Work with students who may have behavioral and/or additional support needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and school teams
- Hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students’ daily lives
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for candidates who have relevant experience working with children or students, particularly in areas such as:
- Special education
- Behavioral support
- Classroom assistance
- 1:1 student support
- Autism or developmental disabilities
- Paraprofessional or instructional aide work
- Other related educational or student-support settings
