Job DescriptionNOW HIRING – SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Location: Montclair, CA
- Pay: $20/hr. + $2/hr. with previous sales experience + $2/hr. with HVAC experience
- Commission: 2%
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Expense Allowance: $400/month
Job Duties:
- Generate new customers and sales leads.
- Sell ductwork, HVAC products, and related services.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs.
- Prepare quotes and sales proposals.
- Follow up with customers and close sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- HVAC, ductwork, construction, or building-materials experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to customer locations and job sites.
