Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The Ideal candidate will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, communicate with customers and insurance companies and help ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates
Write estimates using CCC ONE Software
Review vehicle damage and identify all necessary repairs
Communicate with customers regarding the repair process and expected completion dates
Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates
Order parts and verify pricing and availability
Monitor repair progress and update estimates when supplemental damage is discovered
Ensure repairs comply with OEM Procedures and industry standards
Coordinate with technicians, painters and production staff to maintain workflow
Maintain organized repair files and documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through delivery
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of collision repair estimating experience (Preferred)
Experience using CCC ONE Estimating
Knowledge of collision repair procedures, vehicle construction, and OEM repair standards
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to negotiate professionally with insurance companies
Excellent organization and time management skills
Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record

Team oriented with a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
