Job Summary
We are seeking a Flexologist to join our successful studios, StretchLab Campbell and StretchLab Willow Glen. As a Flexologist, you will provide one-on-one assisted stretches for our clients. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ needs, guiding patients through stretches, and educating patients on the benefits of stretching. You will create at-home plans for clients so that they can continue to improve between visits. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.
Responsibilities
- Perform one-on-one stretch sessions to include all major muscle groups
- Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of stretch therapy
- Collaborate with team to create an individualized stretching plan for each patient
- Maintain accurate records of each session
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
- Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
- Ensure a clean and safe facility
- Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Passion for helping others achieve long-term wellness and results through stretch therapy
- Previous experience in a therapeutic setting
- Able to stand for long periods
- Comfortable with performing stretch therapies on diverse clients
- Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
- High level of ethics and integrity.
