2 Shifts Day/Swing
Responsibilities
- Assemble electromechanical sub-assemblies following work instructions, engineering drawings, and BOMs
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform in-process and final visual inspections to ensure quality standards
- Identify defects, workmanship issues, or missing components and escalate accordingly
- Troubleshoot electromechanical subsystems to support production continuity
- Meet production schedules and communicate any blockers proactively
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control regulations (ITAR and EAR)
- 5+ years of relevant manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
- Proven experience supporting production of complex electromechanical systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience specifically in electromechanical manufacturing
- Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Arena) and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite)
- Experience in electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly environments
- Hands-on hardware bring-up experience in fast-paced or startup environments
- Soldering and PCB rework skills
