Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Follow packing instructions to ensure orders are complete and secure
- Label packages correctly and verify order details
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse or picking and packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Basic reading and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
