Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and individualized educational programs
- Provide one-on-one or small group support for students needing additional help
- Encourage student engagement and participation
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe environment
- Support students with special needs, including academic and social development
- Prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the teaching staff
