Step into a dynamic contract opportunity for a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near San Francisco, CA. This full-time position serves an elementary caseload comprising students with significant AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) needs in a self-contained classroom setting. You’ll be a key part of a dedicated team supporting communication development and student growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an SLP in a school environment is required
  • Strong expertise with AAC assessments, device programming, and implementation strategies
  • Background supporting students in self-contained or special education classrooms
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Role Details:

  • Contract runs ASAP through June 16, 2027
  • Work 32.5 hours weekly onsite (remote/virtual work is not an option)
  • Caseload: Elementary students, with approximately 50 on the roster and a concentrated focus on students requiring AAC in a self-contained setting
  • Coordinate services, create and implement IEP goals, and provide direct therapy as well as staff/family training on communication devices
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration
