Position Summary
As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants across our diverse portfolio.
You'll show available spaces, guide applicants through the leasing process, send out applications, and help keep our properties at full occupancy. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, outgoing professional who enjoys sales, being out in the field, managing their own schedule, and turning inquiries into signed leases.
Key Responsibilities
• Show available units to prospective tenants across LA and Orange Counties
• Conduct virtual tours through video call
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Send and process applications to coordinate background/credit screenings
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate showings with prospects
• Travel between properties throughout the region
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update property management software
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active pipeline
• Support marketing efforts, including online listings and property signage
• Communicate regularly with property managers and ownership on leasing activity
Qualifications
• Fluency in English (bonus if also fluent in Spanish)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a schedule independently
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Time Commitment
• Full-time commitment, potentially including weekend showings
• Flexible scheduling
• No in-office requirement
• Must be able to attend sync meetings
