Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide individual and, when applicable, couples or family therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, using HIPAA-compliant platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, outlining effective and personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor clinical progress and adapt treatment strategies based on evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Participate in virtual peer consultations, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance professional development and best practices.
- Collaborate with external referral sources and coordinate care with other healthcare providers as needed to optimize client outcomes.
- Uphold ethical standards set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) in all aspects of service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
The compensation for this remote position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
