HIRING: Capital Markets Associate (Mid-Level) | Los Angeles, CA

I'm partnering with a top-tier, Band 1 California capital markets practice (client name confidential) to find their next mid-level associate. If you lead deals rather than support them, this one is worth a look.
\n
\n
This is a seat where you own transactions from day one: IPOs, follow-ons, high-yield and investment-grade debt, convertibles, tender and exchange offers, spin-offs, and recaps. You will never get pigeonholed into one product area.
\n
\n
The details:
\n
• Compensation: $260K to $390K
\n
• Hybrid in Los Angeles, in office Monday to Thursday with Friday flexibility
\n
• Full-time associate role
\n
• Note: no visa sponsorship (US citizen or Green Card required)
\n
\n
What they are looking for:
\n
• 3 to 6 years of experience (class years 2020 to 2023)
\n
• A dedicated capital markets associate currently at a large (AmLaw 50) firm
\n
• A track record leading complex transactions across both equity and debt products
\n
• JD from a top-tier law school
\n
• California Bar admission, or willingness to sit for it
\n
\n
