We’re an award-winning TikTok LIVE shopping agency and studio producing high-quality, high-conversion live shopping experiences for leading consumer brands.
We manage our brand partners’ TikTok LIVE channels end to end—from storefront strategy and show planning to live execution—and our eCommerce Live Educators are at the center of the experience.
As our existing brand partners expand their LIVE schedules and new brands come on board, we’re growing our team of on-camera talent. Once trained, our Live Educators become trusted brand representatives, educating and engaging thousands of viewers while helping customers understand products and make confident purchasing decisions.
These are professional, sales-driven productions where product knowledge, communication, energy, timing, and audience engagement directly impact performance and sales.
THE ROLE
As a TikTok eCommerce Live Educator, you’ll be the on-camera personality leading interactive live shopping shows from our stunning, professional West Los Angeles studios.
You’ll become knowledgeable about the brands and products you represent, educate viewers on product features and benefits, demonstrate products, answer questions in real time, and create an engaging shopping experience that builds trust and drives sales.
You’ll work alongside a dedicated CoHost Producer who manages the technical and backend components of each LIVE, allowing you to focus on product education, audience engagement, and your on-camera performance.
No prior TikTok LIVE or live commerce experience is required—we provide training.
What matters most is that you are engaging, confident, coachable, professional, comfortable speaking to an audience, and excited to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Host TikTok LIVE shopping shows from our professional West LA studios
- Learn assigned brands and products to become a knowledgeable on-camera resource
- Educate viewers on product features, benefits, uses, promotions, and differentiators
- Demonstrate products clearly and confidently while keeping the experience natural and engaging
- Build excitement around products and help guide viewers toward purchasing decisions
- Drive sales by communicating product value and creating an entertaining, informative shopping experience
- Engage with viewers in real time by answering questions and responding to LIVE chat
- Communicate flash deals, discounts, promotions, and limited-time offers
- Follow approved brand messaging and talking points while maintaining an authentic presentation style
- Adjust pacing, messaging, and energy based on audience engagement and show performance
- Work closely with CoHost Producers during LIVE shows
- Represent each brand professionally and consistently on camera
- Incorporate coaching and performance feedback to continuously improve engagement, conversions, and sales results
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking on camera
- High energy and the ability to maintain audience engagement throughout a LIVE show
- Ability to learn products quickly and explain information in a clear, relatable way
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to educate, persuade, and inspire customers to purchase
- Quick thinking and the ability to adapt in real time
- Motivation to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Coachability and willingness to receive and implement feedback
- Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality for scheduled shows
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment
- Availability for evening and weekend LIVE shows as needed (a plus)
- Ability to reliably commute to our West Los Angeles studio (a must)
Experience in sales, retail, customer service, brand representation, content creation, acting, hosting, beauty, fashion, wellness, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required.
