About the Opportunity
\n
Mercor is conducting a structured evaluation pilot to measure how effectively frontier AI models perform real-world business tasks and how experienced professionals assess that work. This is a one-time research study where experts complete a realistic business task and evaluate AI-generated outputs using their professional judgment.
\n
Experts will be selected from business domains including Administration & Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, and Accounting.
\n
Ideal Candidates
\n
• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in Administration, Business Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, or Accounting
\n
• Currently or recently practicing in their field
\n
• Strong analytical thinking and professional judgment
\n
• Ability to provide clear, evidence-based written evaluations
\n
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
\n
• Reliable and able to meet project deadlines
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
• Sign an NDA prior to receiving project materials
\n
• Complete one realistic domain-specific business task using provided source materials
\n
• Review five AI-generated outputs for the same task
\n
• Rank outputs from best to worst and assign evaluation scores
\n
• Provide evidence-based written rationales referencing specific elements of each submission
\n
• Deliver structured feedback on both the task and overall study design
\n
Project Details

• One-time evaluation study
\n
• Total commitment of up to 13 hours
\n
• Approximately 3–10 hours to complete the task
\n
• Approximately 2 hours to evaluate and score outputs
\n
• Approximately 1 hour to provide structured feedback
\n
• Fully remote and asynchronous work schedule
