• Role focus: CNC machining for Milling, Lathe, Swiss, or Mill-Turn positions
• Location: Placentia, California
• Shifts:
  • 8-hour shifts; overtime available
  • 1st: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 2nd: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • 3rd: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

What you'll do

• Set up and operate vertical CNC equipment to produce components to specification
• Prepare machines based on the daily schedule and order priorities
• Perform routine maintenance: lubricate, clean, and inspect equipment
• Fine-tune tooling, offsets, and programs to meet exact tolerances
• Inspect completed parts to verify blueprint and dimensional conformity

What you bring

• 3–6 years of production machine shop experience
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation capabilities
• Hands-on skill with micrometers, calipers, and related gauges
• Quality-first mindset and consistent workmanship
• Clear written and verbal English; able to follow technical procedures
