- Role focus: CNC machining for Milling, Lathe, Swiss, or Mill-Turn positions
- Location: Placentia, California
- Shifts:
- 8-hour shifts; overtime available
- 1st: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 2nd: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- 3rd: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

What you'll do
- Set up and operate vertical CNC equipment to produce components to specification
- Prepare machines based on the daily schedule and order priorities
- Perform routine maintenance: lubricate, clean, and inspect equipment
- Fine-tune tooling, offsets, and programs to meet exact tolerances
- Inspect completed parts to verify blueprint and dimensional conformity
What you bring
- 3–6 years of production machine shop experience
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation capabilities
- Hands-on skill with micrometers, calipers, and related gauges
- Quality-first mindset and consistent workmanship
- Clear written and verbal English; able to follow technical procedures
