Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
