Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) — Part-Time | $35/hr to start | South San Diego
$35/hour to start, 15 hours a week guaranteed, and benefits part-time roles almost never offer: 401(k), paid time off, mileage reimbursement, plus bonuses when your authorized hours stay full. You'll also get direct supervision from our founder — a BCBA — including supervised fieldwork hours if you're working toward your BCBA certification.
KinderReady Behavior Solutions is a small, local, BCBA-owned ABA practice in San Diego — not a corporate chain. 90% of our staff stay, because you're treated like a clinician here. We're growing in South San Diego (Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and nearby communities) and looking for a BCaBA to join the team.

What you'll do:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect and review behavioral data to track client progress
- Support parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team
What we're looking for:
- Active BCaBA certification (required)
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions in South San Diego
- Someone who wants to grow clinically, not just fill hours
