Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Escrow Officer at First American Title. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing closings, notary services, escrow transactions, and providing excellent customer service in the residential real estate sector. The role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area - East Bay (Contra Costa/Alameda counties) with the option for some remote work.

Qualifications

- Closings and Escrow management skills
- Proficiency in Notary services
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Residential Real Estate transactions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of title insurance policies and procedures
- Relevant certification or licensure in Escrow or related field
