BG Staffing is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Laguna Beach, CA. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping prospective residents find their next home.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct professional apartment tours.
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and future residents.
- Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and maintain accurate resident records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage leasing office communications.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, resident retention efforts, and community outreach.
- Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient leasing process.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong resident and prospect relationships.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming leasing office environment.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and property management software.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
