About the job:
Growing Sacramento CPA firm has immediate opening for tax manager with 6 years of experience. Successful candidate should have in-depth knowledge of individual, partnership and corporate tax and be able to immediately commence reviewing complex tax returns and mentoring staff.
Review comprehensive federal and multi-state tax returns including tax projections for corporations,
partnerships, estates, trusts and high net worth individuals.
Review sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, business property tax statements, business license renewals for clients.
Plans and supervise the preparation of compiled/reviewed financial statement engagements.
Research and plan various tax issues, including analysis of new tax laws and proposed legislation.
Provide quality and timely services to clients.
Represent clients in federal and state audits.
Supervise and mentor staff.
