Pérez Law is a workers' compensation and personal injury applicant firm serving injured workers across California with offices in Ontario and Pomona. We're looking for a new grad or early-career attorney who wants time in the courtroom and hands-on training in a client-focused law firm.

What you'll be doing:
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, cross-examinations, and settlement negotiations
- Prepare and file legal documents; review medical/legal records to build cases
- Communicate directly with clients, insurers, and medical providers
- Work alongside case managers and legal assistants who support your caseload administratively
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Maintain compliance with firm policy, ethical standards, and CA workers’ comp regulations
Required:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active member, California State Bar, in good standing
- Strong legal research and writing skills
Preferred:
- Any exposure to CA workers' compensation law (internship, clerkship, etc.) — not required
- Comfort with legal case management software; comfortable in an Apple/Mac environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Compensation: Starting $100,000 plus base DOE plus settlement incentive bonus
