We are seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate excels in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, particularly within manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and supply chain sectors. This fast-paced role demands a proactive, organized, and results-driven recruiter who can effectively work with both candidates and clients, utilizing tools such as Bullhorn ATS, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
- Fill resume-driven orders and meet client hiring deadlines
- Recruit and source candidates using Bullhorn, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other platforms
- Proactively headhunt and build candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles
- Develop strategic recruiting plans based on client needs and local labor market conditions
- Conduct candidate prescreens, interviews, and submissions
- Manage candidate activity and recruiting pipelines within Bullhorn
- Operate within VMS/MSP environments and comply with client-specific hiring requirements
- Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting updates
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, assessments, onboarding, and other compliance processes
- Track recruiting activity, interviews, starts, fill rates, and key performance indicators
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with candidates, clients, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing-industry recruiting experience
- Proven experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
- Experience filling resume-driven orders
- Bullhorn ATS experience required
- Experience working within VMS/MSP programs
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills
- Recruiting experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain sectors
- Strong client communication and account management skills
- Knowledge of staffing compliance and onboarding processes
- Proven ability to meet recruiting goals and KPIs
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- 3+ years in staffing recruiting
