Job DescriptionAbout the Role
You will own the end-to-end deployment of AI agents with design partner customers, driving measurable revenue impact in a fast growing AI focused environment. You will embed directly with customers and ship agent improvements in real time to evolve how autonomous sales workflows operate.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and iterate on AI agents for prospecting and outreach in collaboration with customers
- Embed with customer teams via shared channels and rapid iteration loops to translate field needs into agent improvements
- Build agents that automate nuanced SDR work with clear evaluation criteria and ongoing learning
- Own deployment outcomes end-to-end with high ownership and accountability for customer revenue impact
- Communicate effectively with sales, engineering, and leadership to surface needs and report status
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally with hands on production AI agent work or agentic workflows
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
- Direct experience troubleshooting with enterprise customers across complex tech stacks
- Strong prompt engineering, tool usage, evals, and trust calibration for production AI systems
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and ship without heavy process or management direction
- Based in San Francisco and willing to work in the office multiple days per week
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 215000-300000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship: no.
