This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $23/hour with total earning potential of up to $35/hour. Annually, commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.
Identify new sales and cross-selling opportunities.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Bring a positive, competitive attitudeand have fun while winning as a team!

Requirements

Sales or client-facing experience is a plus; insurance experience is preferred but not required.
Valid California Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one. Licensing assistance available..
Strong communication and people skills.
Professional, dependable, and trustworthy.
Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
