HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in rural Northern California near Yreka.

This position offers the opportunity to practice within a close-knit clinical environment while providing essential anesthesia services to a regional patient population. Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preoperative evaluations

• Develop and implement patient-specific anesthesia plans

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Manage airway and perioperative patient needs

• Monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical condition

• Support postoperative recovery and pain management

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, physicians, and procedural staff

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

• Participate in quality and patient-safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

• Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• PALS certification when required

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills

• Ability to work effectively within a rural healthcare environment

• Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are welcome to apply
