What You will do
- Provide exceptional, patient-centered dental care with kindness, skill, and professionalism.
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis and treatment planning with a focus on patient education and long term oral health
- Deliver high-quality restorative, preventative, and cosmetic dental procedures.
- Collaborate with our supportive team of dental assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about their treatment options, outcomes, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Contribute to a positive, drama-free, and growth-minded office culture.
What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD degree and a current California dental license.
- A caring, patient-first philosophy and strong clinical judgment.
- Excellent communication and chair-side manner that builds trust and confidence.
- Commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Desire to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the practice.
- Experience in restorative dentistry required; additional skills in implants, Invisalign, or endo are a plus.
