Retail Stock Associate - (Part time)
Sand Cloud is a beach lifestyle brand specializing in towels and accessories, founded on the beaches of San Diego in 2014. We're rooted in Southern California beach culture and driven by a mission to create sustainable products while donating a portion of our profits to nonprofits dedicated to marine life preservation.
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking part-time Stock Associate to join our Pacific Beach team. This position is approximately 15–25 hours per week, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
What You'll Do - Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments accurately
- Tag and price merchandise per brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom at all times
- Restock the sales floor consistently throughout each shift
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the floor team
- Assist with inventory counts
- Break down and recycle packaging materials responsibly
- Support the sales team with product pulls and floor set changes
- Follow all loss prevention and safety procedures
What We're Looking For - Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous stockroom, warehouse, or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
