Job Summary
We are seeking a plumbing dispatcher to join our team! As a dispatcher, you will answer the phones, direct calls, and handle customer questions. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist customers with questions and answer all marketing platforms in regards to plumbing leads that come in
- Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
