Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Rosemead, CA
Duration: 18 Months
Pay Range: $25-$27/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
- HR Services Specialists serve as a primary point of contact for employees and leaders, providing end-to-end HR support across multiple service channels.
- They balance real-time phone inquiries with managing a queue of cases submitted through the HR case management system, researching questions, interpreting policies and procedures, completing HR transactions, maintaining employee and position data, and coordinating or escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR teams.
- They support a broad range of HR needs, including policy guidance, employee data changes, position and requisition requests, exit interviews, offboarding and termination activities, employee programs, and other HR-related requests.
- Throughout their work, specialists are responsible for providing a consistent customer experience, accurately documenting interactions, protecting confidential information, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring requests are completed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
