Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation and Needs Assessment
Welcome and consult with clients regarding their aesthetic concerns and goals (e.g., wrinkle
reduction, pigmentation treatment, facial contouring, anti-aging).
Evaluate clients' skin condition, lifestyle, and treatment expectations.
Identify appropriate aesthetic procedures based on professional assessment.
2. Treatment Plan Development
Develop personalized medical aesthetic treatment plans tailored to the client's condition, age,
and budget.
Recommend appropriate procedures such as:
Skin booster injections
Thermage or radio frequency treatments
Dermal fillers (e.g., hyaluronic acid)
Photo facial / IPL skin rejuvenation
3. Procedure Education and Communication
Explain treatment procedures, expected results, recovery time, and potential risks.
Address client questions and concerns to build trust and confidence.
Ensure clients fully understand the recommended treatments.
4. Appointment Coordination and Follow-Up
Assist clients with scheduling consultations and treatments with physicians or licensed
providers.
Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to monitor results and client satisfaction.
Provide aftercare guidance and support.
5. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Recommend maintenance treatments and long-term aesthetic care plans.
Encourage repeat visits and develop personalized annual skincare or anti-aging programs.
