Overview of the Human Resources Generalist Role

\n

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in multiple areas of HR while helping create a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Prepare and review employee compensation and benefits packages
  • \n

  • Administer health, life, and other employee insurance programs
  • \n

  • Manage workers’ compensation processes and documentation
  • \n

  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations
  • \n

  • Implement employee training and development programs
  • \n

  • Partner with hiring managers to plan annual performance reviews
  • \n

  • Communicate new and updated employee benefits programs
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate job descriptions and salary information
  • \n

  • Support employee relations and day-to-day HR needs
  • \n

  • Assist with payroll processing and HR record management
  • \n

\n

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience required
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of benefits administration and employee relations
  • \n

  • Experience with onboarding, workers’ compensation, and payroll support preferred
  • \n
