Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support business customers in a manufacturing and industrial distribution environment.
This position involves assisting customers with product inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate account information, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
•Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone and email.
•Assist business customers with product information, order inquiries, pricing, availability, and delivery updates.
•Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into internal systems.
•Maintain and update customer account information and order records.
•Assist with customer quotes and follow up on pending requests.
•Communicate with sales representatives and internal departments to resolve customer questions and concerns.
•Coordinate with appropriate departments regarding order status, shipping, and delivery timelines.
•Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
•Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
•Develop familiarity with the company's industrial connector products and services.
•Support the customer service team with daily administrative and operational responsibilities.
