Lithographic / Offset Press Operator

Press Duties
<ul>
<li>Operate a&nbsp;28" Komori 6-Color Press with AQ Coater.</li>
<li>Operate lithographic and offset printing presses.</li>
<li>Hang plates and prepare press for production runs.</li>
<li>Set and maintain proper color balance.</li>
<li>Obtain and maintain accurate register alignment.</li>
<li>Set up press for customer approvals and run jobs in the 1st Man position.</li>
<li>Monitor print quality and ensure jobs meet customer specifications.</li>
<li>Perform routine press adjustments and maintain a clean, organized work area.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience operating a&nbsp;28" Komori 6-Color Press with AQ Coater&nbsp;preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working on lithographic and offset printing press machines.</li>
<li>Knowledge of press setup, plate hanging, color setting, registration, and coating applications.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 20+ lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to climb steps throughout the day.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job specifications.</li>

Schedule
<ul>
<li>Monday – Friday</li>
<li>6:30 AM – 3:00 PM</li>
<li>30–40 hours per week (some days may be slower than others)</li>
