HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established anesthesia organization on California’s Central Coast near Santa Maria.

This position offers strong compensation, significant clinical independence, and a no-call schedule within a collaborative anesthesia environment. The location provides convenient access to San Luis Obispo County, coastal communities, vineyards, beaches, and outdoor recreation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations

• Review medical histories and diagnostic information

• Develop individualized anesthesia plans

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Manage airway and perioperative patient needs

• Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases

• Respond appropriately to changes in clinical condition

• Support postoperative recovery and pain management

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, physicians, and procedural teams

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Follow applicable clinical quality and patient-safety standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

• Current NBCRNA certification

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• PALS certification when required

• Strong independent-practice and clinical decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Previous anesthesia experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary: $300,000–$325,000
