We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Cycle Counter to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, counting, scanning, and tracking inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, computer proficient, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and process orders.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and ensure materials are correctly identified and stored.
- Enter and update information using warehouse management systems and other computer applications.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory, shipments, and operational needs.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners, inventory control, cycle counting, and order picking preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
Schedule
2nd shift Schedule -11am to 7:30pm-$23.00 per hour
