U2U Law, P.C. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our Newport Beach office immediately. This is a full-time, in-person position offering hands-on experience across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced and collaborative law firm environment.

Responsibilities
The Law Clerk will assist attorneys and legal staff with:
- Conducting legal research and preparing written legal analyses
- Drafting motions, pleadings, discovery requests, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Reviewing and organizing case files, evidence, and discovery materials
- Assisting with litigation preparation, court filings, and deadline management
- Communicating professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Supporting matters involving civil litigation, business law, real estate law, employment law, family law, personal injury, and other practice areas
- Performing additional legal and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualified candidates may include:
- Current law students who are available to work full-time
- Recent J.D. graduates
- California Bar applicants
- Candidates with strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Individuals who are dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments
- Candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Prior law firm experience and litigation experience are preferred.
Proficiency in additional languages is preferred but not required.
