Job DescriptionDescriptionWe’re seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst- Contractor to deliver enterprise solutions for customer, pricing, and order-management experience.
You’ll work with Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, and QA from discovery through production support.
Role expectations
- Define business needs and solution objectives with Product and business teams.
- Analyze end-to-end customer and order journeys.
- Assess enterprise-service impacts with Architecture and Engineering.
- Document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, process flows, data mappings, and integrations.
- Identify dependencies, gaps, and risks; simplify processes and improve user experiences.
- Support Engineering and QA through design, development, testing, release, and production support.
- Apply systems thinking across processes, data, applications, and integrations; improve analysis practices, solution quality, and team effectiveness.
What we're looking for
- 7 + years of business systems analysis experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with APIs, REST, JSON/XML, data integrations, SQL, and data mapping.
- Salesforce, SAP, MES, CPQ, order management, or similar platform experience is a plus.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity; able to translate complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.
