Interested in luxury real estate but not sure how to get started in the market?
We’re looking for motivated real estate professionals who want to learn how to work with premium properties and high-net-worth buyers and sellers.
Previous luxury real estate experience is not required. You’ll receive training and coaching from agents who understand the luxury market and can help you develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to work in this space.
You’ll learn how to build relationships with high-net-worth clients, guide buyers and sellers through premium transactions, strengthen your negotiation skills, and develop your personal brand within the luxury market.
You’ll also have access to exclusive listings and high-end opportunities, advanced marketing support, and proven systems designed to help you stay focused on developing relationships and moving transactions forward.
We’re looking for someone who is professional, motivated, and interested in building a long-term career within the luxury real estate market.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+
Competitive commission. Part-time and full-time options available. No office required. No previous luxury experience required.

Compensation:
$125,500 - $219,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Guide buyers and sellers through premium real estate transactions, providing expert advice and support at every stage.
- Develop and implement personalized marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties effectively and attract potential buyers.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the luxury real estate market to offer clients the most current insights.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced agents to refine your skills and expand your knowledge of the luxury market.
- Utilize advanced marketing tools and resources to enhance property visibility and drive successful sales outcomes.
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions in all transactions while maintaining integrity and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Experience in building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to guide clients through complex real estate transactions with professionalism and care.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for luxury properties.
- Strong understanding of current trends and developments in the luxury real estate market.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of experienced agents to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proficiency in using advanced marketing tools and resources to increase property visibility.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and maintain transparency in transactions.
