Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate items
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
- Organize and stage orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable and punctual
