Description\n
American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with acute adult and pediatric echo experience, including hands-on pediatric echo and congenital heart disease evaluation skills.
Details\n

- Acute care hospital setting within a Cardiology/Radiology department
- Adult and pediatric echo patient population
- Uses GE echo equipment
- Charting completed in EPIC EHR system
- 4x10 hour day shifts, either 7:00 AM-5:30 PM or 9:30 AM-8:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
- After-hours call required 2 nights per week (8:00 PM-6:00 AM) with a 60-minute response time

Requirements\n
- \n
- CCI or ARDMS certification required (Pediatric certification not required, but pediatric experience strongly preferred)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years experience required
- Hands-on pediatric echo experience required
- Strong understanding of congenital heart disease evaluations required
- Ability to independently perform correct pediatric echo protocols
- License required if applicable

- Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request approved per contract
- Accepts local candidates at local rate within a 50-mile radius
