Position Summary
An internationally recognized Brazilian steakhouse is opening a brand-new restaurant inside Serramonte Center in Daly City, California, and we're hiring Bartenders for our Grand Opening Team!
We're looking for personable, dependable hospitality professionals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. As a Bartender, you'll prepare and serve beverages, welcome guests at the bar, and work closely with the restaurant team to deliver attentive service in a lively, fast-paced environment.
Join us from the beginning, receive paid training, and help establish our restaurant's culture from day one.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Create a welcoming bar experience through friendly conversation and attentive service
- Learn the beverage menu and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take orders, enter transactions accurately, and process payments
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Coordinate with servers and restaurant leadership to support timely beverage service
- Follow responsible alcohol-service practices, identification requirements, and food-safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- Bartending experience and familiarity with common cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- A genuine interest in hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Dependability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Willingness to learn restaurant recipes, service standards, and procedures
- Ability to meet applicable age and alcohol-service certification requirements
Compensation & Training
- Competitive hourly pay + tip pool
