Dental Scheduling Coordinator Assistant – Join Our Team!

(DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1 YEAR) We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our practice! In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional dental care, making our patients feel welcomed and valued. If you’re organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive patient experience, we want you on our team. Please only apply if you have dental office experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding patient service, addressing concerns and ensuring every visit is comfortable and pleasant
  • Handle front office responsibilities, including scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Support the back office team with dental assisting duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental setting
  • Familiarity with Dentrix software (preferred)
  • Dental assistant experience or training
  • A friendly, outgoing attitude with a focus on patient satisfaction

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly, creating a comfortable and inviting experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule all treatment appointments efficiently
  • Explain dental care plans to patients, addressing their questions with clarity and confidence
  • Accurately document patients’ medical histories
  • Follow all health, safety, and office policies diligently
  • Manage re-care appointments and maintain an up-to-date re-care list

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Dentrix software (preferred)
  • Proven skills in appointment scheduling
  • Strong computer and data entry abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
