Production Associate
Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will work in a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment. You will primarily be responsible for using scalpels and brushes to paint and cut wax materials. The role requires precision and attention to detail as you will be handling delicate wax molds.
Responsibilities
- Work in various departments including Finishing and Assembly.
- In the Finishing department, apply final touches to assemblies, pop air bubbles, paint, and remove excess wax.
- In the Assembly department, assemble wax molds, use a hot iron torch to melt wax, and mend pieces together.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks.
- Ensure quality by inspecting finished products for defects.
Essential Skills
- Mechanically inclined.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- General production experience.
- Good dexterity and attention to detail.

Work Environment
You will work in a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment. The shift is from 4am to 12:30pm, including Saturdays. The role involves using a variety of tools and requires standing for extended periods.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of VALENCIA, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
