• Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing HVAC system issues and identifying effective repair solutions.

• Candidates should possess plumbing-related skills for working with condensate drains, piping, and related mechanical systems.

\n

• Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills for inspecting, cleaning, and servicing heating and air conditioning equipment on a scheduled basis.

\n

• Candidates should possess EPA-related knowledge or certification for handling refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations.

\n

• Candidates should possess electricity skills for safely working with wiring, circuits, controls, and system components.

\n

• Relevant technical training or certification in HVAC or a closely related field is beneficial.

\n

• Experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC service is beneficial.

\n

• Ability to work independently in remote settings, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate service records is beneficial.

\n

• Strong communication skills, adherence to safety practices, and a valid driver’s license (where applicable) are beneficial.
