Schedule: Weekend rotation; must meet department needs

Requirements: MSW required LCSW preferred 2 years of acute hospital Medical Social Work experience required Strong experience with Care Coordination and Discharge Planning Experience with HMOs, IPAs, and healthcare/community resources Proficiency with Microsoft applications Travel experience required; first-time travelers may be considered CA license not required
