Pay: $21/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Duration: Approximately 2 months, with a possibility of extension

Position Summary
\n
BioPhase is seeking a Shipping Associate to support shipping and warehouse operations for a life science company in San Diego. This position will assist with preparing customer orders for shipment, receiving and organizing inventory, and maintaining an accurate and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Prepare pallets, including stacking, strapping, shrink-wrapping, and labeling
- Load and unload materials and assist with product transfers
- Receive, label, organize, and store incoming products
- Perform basic inventory and shipping transactions in SAP
- Complete inventory cycle counts and product putaways
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience required
- Experience in a regulated environment preferred
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
