We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-focused HR Initiative Program Manager to support key HR initiatives on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Program and Project Management
• Build, own, and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned HR initiatives
• Stay hands-on in the work and actively contribute to deliverables, not just track progress
• Build strong relationships across a matrixed organization and adapt quickly to changing priorities
HRBP and Talent Acquisition Support
• Partner with HRBPs to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and hiring challenges
• Support talent acquisition planning, hiring strategy, and recruiting process coordination
• Build and refine job descriptions so they align with business needs and role expectations
• Support the hiring process by working with TA and other partners as needed
Others
• 7 or more years of progressive HR experience with a mix of HRBP, project management, and/or program management work
• Experience building job descriptions and supporting the hiring process
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition and the recruiting lifecycle
• Comfortable using Excel
• Experience with Workday
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting or partnering with sales organizations, including familiarity with sales compensation structures, high-volume recruiting cycles, and the fast-paced, performance-driven culture inherent to commercial teams
• Experience working in both large Fortune 100 corporate environments and small, fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• Experience working within the medical technology or medical device industry, with an understanding of the unique talent, regulatory, and organizational dynamics that shape HR programs in this environment
• PMP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification
• Prior contract, interim, or consulting HR experience
