Document Processing Associate
Location: Glendale, CA 91203
Pay: $20–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension and conversion
The Fountain Group is hiring a Document Processing Associate for a prominent client in Glendale, CA. This is a 100% onsite opportunity supporting document and mail-room operations in a professional office environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive incoming documents delivered through certified mail, regular mail, served documents, and other delivery methods.
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming documents accurately and efficiently.
- Profile and categorize documents according to established procedures.
- Scan and process documents into internal systems.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are handled appropriately.
- Support general office and mail-room activities as needed.
- Assist with additional computer-based tasks and cross-training opportunities as assigned.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail while handling time-sensitive documents.
Qualifications
- Some previous office, mail-room, document processing, or administrative experience required.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience highly preferred.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning internal systems.
- Ability to sort, scan, organize, and process documents accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Dependable and comfortable working a consistent 7:00 AM–3:30 PM onsite schedule.
