Your expertise in CNC turning can power a manufacturer in City of Industry, CA. Through Express Employment Professionals in Covina, you’ll join a shop that counts on you to program, set up, operate, and fine‑tune CNC lathes to meet demanding quality targets.

Impact you’ll make

From first article to final piece, you turn engineering intent into reality—writing and editing code, selecting tooling, setting offsets, and executing inspections that keep parts within spec. When issues arise, you lead the troubleshooting—whether it’s a geometry tweak in code, a tooling change, or a setup refinement.

Core responsibilities

• Create/adjust programs and perform full setups on CNC lathes
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T requirements
• Measure with micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges
• Resolve machine, tooling, and programming issues quickly
• Maintain in‑process quality and make necessary machine adjustments

What you bring

• At least 4 years of CNC machining experience (turning focus)
• Strong G‑code/M‑code proficiency; confident with setups, tooling, and offsets
• Fluent in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Bonus: Experience on HAAS ST‑20Y with a bar feeder
• Bonus: Live tooling and bar feeder experience

Schedule, pay, and location

• Hours: Mon–Fri, 1st shift, 6:30 am–3:00 pm; overtime available
• Pay: Depending on experience
• Worksite: City of Industry, CA (sourced by Express Employment Professionals – Covina, CA)
